FAQ

Does Strava give SKYNA daily metrics like steps or sleep?
No, Strava is workout-only. They don't track steps, calories from daily life, sleep, HRV, or any 24/7 metrics. For daily / sleep / recovery data you'd connect Oura, Garmin, Apple Watch, or Whoop alongside Strava.
How is Strava different from connecting my Garmin directly?
If you wear a Garmin watch, your runs upload to both Garmin Connect AND Strava (if you've linked them). Connecting both to SKYNA gives you the same activity from two angles: Garmin's detailed power / cadence / vertical-oscillation data + Strava's social context like segments and kudos.
Will Strava activities double-count if I also have Apple Watch or Garmin connected?
SKYNA shows each source's view of the workout independently, you'll see the same run from both your Apple Watch and Strava if both recorded it. We don't fake-merge them so you can compare what each platform captured.
Do I need a Strava subscription?
No, both free Strava accounts and Strava subscribers can connect to SKYNA. We read the same activity data either way.
What sports does Strava cover?
Running, cycling, swimming, hiking, walking, weightlifting, yoga, kayaking, climbing, skiing, plus 30+ more. Whatever you log in Strava, SKYNA sees.
Can I disconnect Strava later?
Yes, in Settings → Connected Apps. Disconnect stops the sync but keeps your historical activities in SKYNA.
